Pedestrian Struck on Woodbury and S. Oyster Bay Road

Roads were temporarily closed; victim is not yet identified.

A pedestrian was struck at the corner of Woodbury and South Oyster Bay Roads about 1:40 p.m. Friday.

The Syosset Fire Department took the unidentified man to NUMC for treatment.

Second Precinct units of the Nassau Police Department responded to the report.

Eastbound lanes of Woodbury Road were closed from South Oyster Bay Road to West Gate while NCPD units conducted an investigation. The road was reopened at 3:20 p.m.
