Police Blotter: Bank Robbery, Coach Bags Stolen

Police arrested a man for robbery at the Bank of America in Syosset this week.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Second Precinct of the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Crimes

* On June 2, four tires and rims were stolen from an auto on Harriet Drive in Syosset.

* On June 5, a total of 28 Coach bags were stolen from the Coach store in Woodbury.

* On June 4, windows on a car were smashed on Birchwood Park Drive in Syosset.

* On June 4, beer cans were thrown at an auto on Chauncey Place in Syosset.

* On June 2, tires and rims were stolen from an auto on Preston Lane in Syosset.

Arrests

* On June 2, Christopher Biel, 35, was arrested and charged with DWI on Route 135 in Woodbury.

* On June 3, Mark Ghossen, 22, was arrested and charged with Robbery at the Bank of America in Syosset.

* On June 4, Michael Landi, 34, was arrested and charged with Leaving the Scene of an Incident Without Reporting, on the LIE in Syosset. 

* On June 4, Sam Kwak, 25, were arrested and charged with Leaving the Scene of an Incident Without Reporting, on Woodbury Road in Woodbury.
