Police said that John Mullaly, 29, has been arrested and charged with Burglary after police said he attempted to burglarize a home on Marlene Drive in Syosset.
- Loizou Milan, 19, was arrested and charged with DWI on Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury on Aug. 24.

- Robert Anthony Spina, 27, was arrested and charged with DWI on the LIE in Syosset on Aug. 27.
- Amy Andresakes, 47, was arrested and charged with Aggrevated Driving While Intoxicated, on the LIE Service Road in Syosset on Aug. 30.
- Michael Mezynski, 30, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny on Miller Place in Syosset on Aug. 25.
- Timothy Dodd, 45, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny on Southwoods Road in Woodbury on Aug. 25.
Crimes
- The Healthy Eatery was broken into on Aug. 24, but no loss was reported.
- A car was damaged on Miller Place in Syosset on Aug. 22.
