Syosset Crime Report

This information was compiled by the Second Precinct of the Nassau County Police Department.

* Between 10 p.m. on March 15 and 10 p.m. on March 22, a case of criminal mischief took place, as tires were slashed on an automobile at the Rite Aid, 103-131 Jackson Ave.

* On March 23 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., a case of grand larceny took place, as a credit card and driver's license was stolen from an automobile at Syosset High School.

* On March 26 between 6:15 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., a burglary occurred, with assorted jewelry stolen from a home on Gary Road.

* Between March 27 at 7 p.m. and March 28 at 6:45 p.m., a burglary occurred on Kathleen Drive West.

* On March 26 between 3:15 and 4:15 p.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when cash was stolen from a locker at New York Sports Club, 49 Ira Rd.

* Between March 30 at 11 p.m. and March 31 at 5 a.m., a case of criminal mischief occurred when a lamppost was damaged on Calvin Street.

Arrest

* Michael Amin, 27, on March 28 for DWI on the Long Island Expressway.
