Syosset Crime Report: Fish Murdered by Detergent

* Between Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. and Aug. 24 at 9 a.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when a camera was stolen at the Town of Oyster Bay Department of Public Works lot, 150 Miller Pl. 

* Between Aug. 20 at 6 p.m. and Aug. 23 at 5 a.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when assorted beverages were stolen from an automobile at Aramark, 229 Robbins Ln. 

* Between Aug. 22 at 9 p.m. and Aug. 23 at 1:30 a.m., a case of criminal mischief occurred when detergent was put in a pond, killing fish on Barry Lane. 

* Between Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. and Aug. 25 at 8 a.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when a hood ornament was stolen from an automobile on Whetmore Dr.

* On Aug. 25 between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when a bicycle was stolen on Jackson Ave. 

* On Aug. 26 at 4 p.m. a case of criminal mischief occurred when a window was damaged on Colony Avenue.

* Between Aug. 27 at 6 p.m. and Aug. 30 at 8 a.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when a laptop was stolen from an automobile at the Crest Hollow Country Club, 8325 Jericho Tpke. in Woodbury. 

* On Aug. 28 between 10:30 p.m. and 10:54 p.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when a valet box with 55 keys was stolen from the Woodbury Country Club, 884 Jericho Tpke. 

* On Aug. 29 between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m., a case of making graffiti occurred when a building was defaced at Syosset High School. 

* On Aug. 31 between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., a case of criminal mischief occurred when an automobile window was damaged on Robbins Lane.

* Jason Calderia, 25, on Aug. 21 for DWI on Route 135. 

* Kein Pettus, 26, on Aug. 22 for reckless endangerment and DWI on the Long Island Expressway. 

* Jake Cassidy, 18, on Aug. 23 for criminal mischief on Calvin Avenue. 

* Steven Skubina, 47, on Aug. 23 for DWI on Parkfield Court. 

* Ashan Khan, 31, on Aug. 30 for criminal possession of a controlled substance on Route 135 in Woodbury.
