Syosset Crime Report: Wachovia, Carvel Fall Victim

* On July 23 at 2:40 p.m., a case of grand larceny occurred when fraudulent withdrawals took place at Wachovia, 137 Jackson Ave.

* On July 27 at 9:48 p.m., a burglary occurred when a house was ransacked and assorted jewelry stolen on Lesley Drive. 

* On July 27 at 5:51 a.m., a case of criminal mischief occurred when a side window was broken at Carvel, 403 Jericho Tpke.

* On July 29 at 6 a.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when a catalytic converter was stolen from an automobile at Syosset Plaza.

* On Aug. 1 at 2 p.m., a case of petit larceny occurred when a New York State license plate was stolen on Russell Park Road. 

Arrests

* Jamie A. LaMacchia, 22, on July 27 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle on South Oyster Bay Road.

* Arlinda Raphael, 22, on Aug. 3 for grand larceny on Split Rock Road. For more on this case, click here.
