Syosset Firefighters Called to Overturned Car on LIE
Two people are taken to area hospitals after early afternoon crash near NY-135.
Firefighters from Plainview and Syosset responded to an overturned car Thursday at about 1:45 p.m. on the Long Island Expressway near the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.
Two people were hurt and transported by ambulance to area hospitals.
Two westbound lanes and the shoulder were closed from the incident, which occurred shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday.

The flipped car has been removed from the roadway; the cause of the accident has not been determined.
