Syosset Firefighters Help Extinguish Jericho Town House Blaze

Four different departments were called to the scene Friday evening to extinguish the attic fire, firefighters said.

The Syosset Fire Department helped extinguish a town house fire in Jericho Friday evening. No injuries were reported.

Crews from Jericho, Hicksville, Westbury and Syosset quickly extinguished the attic fire before it could spread to other units sharing the common attic area. Firefighters said that some units did sustain some smoke damage in the fire.
