Syosset Man Arrested in Bellmore
He's charged with criminal mischief for damaging outside of business.
A witness called police on April 19 after observing an unknown white male breaking the front store window and damaging locks at 3rd Base Collectibles on Bellmore Avenue.
Police saw a man fitting the description walking on Bedford Avenue and the subject was arrested at Bellmore Library.
Mark Berk, 42, of Syosset was charged with criminal mischief.
