It seems to be getting worse. What can be done?

Another driver has been arrested in connection with a incident on the Service Road of the LIE. Police say alcohol was involved.

It's not the first time. There have been , some of them ending horribly, involving wrong-way driving.

What should be done? Stiffer penalties? More cops? Flashing signs?
