Jacobs Heading to Easy Victory in 16th Nassau Legislative District

Veteran incumbent Judy Jacobs, a member of the Nassau Legislature since its inception, was cruising to an easy victory over her Republican challenger in Tuesday's election for the 16th legislative district.

Imbroto, a Republican from Plainview, ran unsuccessfully last year in a race against Assemblyman Charles Lavine, D, Glen Cove.
