Question of the Day: Caylee's Law

Do you think the proposed law should be passed?

After spending three years in jail while on trial for the murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, Casey Anthony walked out of the Orange County Jail in Florida Sunday morning a free woman.

Earlier this month, a jury found Anthony not guilty of the murder, but many who were outraged by the verdict, are calling for to be put on the books. It would charge parents who do not report the death or disappearance of their child right away with a felony.

An online petition for Caylee's Law - as it would be called - has already amassed more than 1.2 million signatures, although it has its critics too.
