23 Syosset Musicians Make NYSSMA All-State
Syosset sends more musicians than any other school in Nassau County.
Syosset High School announced that 23 student musicians were chosen to represent the school at the New York State School Music Association.
The students, whose talents stand in chorus, band, orchestra, and symphony orchestra groups, were selected to perform with various NYSSMA ensembles and alternate ensembles in 2012.
According to the district, more students were chosen from Syosset than any other school district in Nassau County.
