5 Notes from Tuesday's Board of Ed Meeting

Important notes in case you missed the meeting.

If you missed Tuesday night's Board of Education meeting, here are five things you should know:

2. Audience to the public questions included the minimum class size policy for the Syosset district, inquiries on complete budget booklets for the next meeting rather than printed summary sheets, and how the district complies with the 21st Century Demonstration Project Grant.

3. All budget-related questions can be asked via the following portals:

"All questions will be answered, answers will be posted on the district website, and will be addressed at the May 7 meeting," said Herman.

4. All resolutions on the agenda were passed.

5. The Syosset budget hearing will be held May 7 at at 8 p.m.
