The Syosset Board of Education scheduled a special meeting for Wednesday relating to an energy services contract.
The district released the following message:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that there will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Syosset Central School District on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at 7 P.M. in the Board Room of the South Woods Middle School, 99 Pell Lane, Syosset, NY 11791, for the anticipated purpose of convening an executive session to discuss with counsel and certain staff members, matters leading to the appointment or non-appointment of an energy services contractor for the District.

A final vote on the project was postponed at the Jan. 17 board meeting.
The next scheduled meeting will be Feb. 11.
