It's hard to believe it, but Christmas and a new year are right around the corner.
Though this week may be slower than usual due to the holiday season, there are still some things going on in Syosset that you should know about. Here are "5 Things You Need to Know" for today, Monday Dec. 20.
- - The monthly meeting is being held Monday night at 8 p.m. at Syosset High School, with a special performance by the Syosset High School Adelette's musical group.
- The Syosset Public Library holds its' meeting tonight at 7 p.m. The event is open to all teenagers and will be held in the teen space area. No registration is required. to get more of an idea of what to expect.
- Still don't have a Christmas Tree or need a new one? No problem. is still selling trees as well as wreaths.
