VIDEO: Syosset Musicians Perform at Winter Concert
The Syosset High School hosted its annual winter concert Wednesday.
The hosted its annual Winter Concert Wednesday. The concert featured performances from the Symphony Orchestra, 9th Grade Orchestra, the Chorale, the Chamber Singers, and the Adelettes. Selections included "Habanera", "Santa Claus is Coming to Town", and "I Can't Give You Anything but Love".
Syosset district's Fine Art Coordinator Michael Salzman praised the students' performance.
"To hear everything from our 9th Grade Orchestra to the Chorale is very exciting," he said.

Director Kristin Howell, who accompanied the students on their , shared Salzman's glee.
"The students did a beautiful job," she said. "They worked really hard, they were focused, and had a good time, which is the most important thing."
