ENCOURAGE LONG ISLAND YOUTH TO GET FIT AT THE 28th ANNUAL OYSTER FESTIVAL
Be sure to visit the Cohen Children’s Medical Center and Kohl’s Cares booth at the 28th Annual Oyster Festival on Saturday, October 15th and Sunday, October 16th, 2011.
ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE (both days- subject to change)
2:30pm- Performance by Lucie B's Jump N Fun’s jump rope team, the "Rock-It-Ropers"
3:00pm- Hula Hoop Contest- 25 participants max per session. 2 sessions per day. Each contestant will receive a FREE hula hoop. Winners receive four tickets to Atlantis Marine World.
3:30pm- 4:00pm- Jump rope clinics- participate and receive a FREE jump rope while supplies last
4:30pm- Performance by Lucie B's Jump N Fun’s jump rope team, the "Rock-It-Ropers"
5:00pm- Bicycle/helmet raffle drawing
5:15pm-6:00pm- Jump rope clinics- participate and receive a FREE jump rope while supplies last
Don’t forget to fill out a RAFFLE ticket for a chance to win one of four bicycles (with properly fitted helmets). Two will be raffled off each day. Winner MUST be present at time of drawing. Winners are responsible for transporting the bicycles home.
