SYOSSET SCHOOL DISTRICT BASEBALL WINTER CAMP WORKOUTS:  All Baseball Candidates  Grades 7TH - 12TH:
The Winter Camp will be held at The Performance Factory in Farmingdale and run from January 2011 to March 2011. We are trying to secure Sunday mornings for these workouts.

INDIVIDUAL FEE IS $275.00 AND INCLUDES:
Each player will be tested in several areas to access, evaluate and develop each individual athlete. Running time, bat speed, and pitch velocity will all be tested and recorded at the beginning and conclusion of the 8 week session by former/ current professional baseball players and coaches. The programs are design to enhance each player's skill and performance by combining speed, quickness, agility, velocity, strength, power, balance, explosiveness, and vision training.
