Kappatos Named First-Team All-State
Syosset linebacker Evan Kappatos selected to New York State Sportswriters All-State football team.

The latest came Wednesday when the New York State Sportswriters Association announced the All-State football team. Kappatos, a 6-foot-1, 235-pound senior, was named to the Class AA first team.
Kappatos recorded 106 tackles, two sacks and two interceptions for the 1-7 Braves.
