junior and star lacrosse goalie Ryan Feit has verbally committed to play at Johns Hopkins, according to the website Lax Power.
Feit plans to study economics and told Lax Power that he chose Johns Hopkins "because I knew it would make me a better person after I graduated and would prepare me for life after college."
Feit has been a big part of the Syosset program. He was a captain as a sophomore and named all-county, and was named by Syosset Patch on Nov. 12.
The Syosset lacrosse team recently started playing their fall schedule, and begin the 2012 season in March.
