Century 21 American Homes has opened its 10th office in Syosset. This office is a little different from your traditional real estate office. It is a joint venture with Cruse Real Estate. Cruse Real Estate is a premier REO (foreclosed properties) and short sale shop. One of the largest in the NY metropolitan area. The new office will be a hybrid combining a strong REO and short sale department with a traditional real estate office. The benefits of the merger is the synergy between two businesses. The REO side generates many buyer leads and the traditional real estate side can maximize that opportunity. Most of the agents in the office will be bi-lingual speaking both the language of foreclosed and short sale properties and the language of traditional listing and selling residential real estate. This office will also be different because virtually all the agents will commit themselves to working real estate full time.
