Help Your Neighbors: YMCA Taking Food Donations
Drive running through July at all Long Island YMCAs.
Long Island's YMCA branches are running a food drive through the end of July to support Long Island Cares.
All campers, members and other Long Islanders are encouraged to bring in items for the drive.
“We are trying to teach our children about giving back to others,” said Eileen Knauer, executive director and regional vice president of the YMCA of Huntington.
