The New Rules of College Admissions

Monday, 7 p.m. at Syosset Library. With Michael Binder. Learn the steps that 10th and 11th grade students and parents must take now for admissions success.

Tuesday, 7 p.m.

Theodore Roosevelt: A Man for All Seasons and Reasons
Thursday, 2 p.m. at Syosset Library. In this Local History Program, you will learn about the private and public life of Theodore Roosevelt. It will be presented by Milton Elis, a Syosset resident and a volunteer at the Sagamore Hill National Historic Site for 17 years where he conducted tours of the Roosevelt home. He has also worked with the curator to preserve the artifacts in the collection of Sagamore Hill. Refreshments will be served.

TOBAY Family Fall and Halloween Festival
The town of Oyster Bay Fall Festival will be held at Syosset-Woodbury Park on Saturday from 1-4 p.m.
