Life Time Athletic

Life Time Athletic is a fitness center and club with locations in 20 states. The Syosset center is open 24 hours every day of the week. It offers an area for cardio and weight training, a cycle studio, a studio for Pilates and LifePower Yoga, a spa, volleyball and basketball courts, a café and an outdoor bistro, and recreation pools. The facility has child-friendly rooms and offers free lockers, towels and wireless internet access. Training sessions are offered in cardio, strength and aquatic fitness.
