Former Fire Chief Honored for 50 Years of Service

A former Syosset Fire Department Chief was honored by town and county officials for 50 years of service as a firefighter.
Former Syosset Hook and Ladder Company No. 1 Chief Kenneth Beck was honored with a Town of Oyster Bay citation for his many years serving the public. Councilman Chris Coschignano, Legislator Judy Jacobs, D-Woodbury, the Honorable Rhonda Fischer, and Rose Walker joined members of the department in thanking Beck for his dedication.
