This week's featured shelter animal is Popeye, an adult male pit bull who has lived at the shelter since September. Although he is all grown up, Popeye is still very young and playful. Gentle and loving, he isn't one for fighting like his namesake cartoon character. Popeye needs has special needs and would love to be your one and only dog. He is neutered, house trained, and up to date on all routine shots.
Come meet Popeye and his friends at the TOBAY Animal Shelter in Syosset. The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
