Cops: Semi Automatics Shown in Syosset Robbery
Police are searching for two men who robbed a Syosset man on Friday with semi automatic weapons.
A 43-year-old man was robbed on Berry Hill Road by two men with semi-automatic weapons on Friday evening, according to Second Squad detectives.
Police reported that the victim was driving at 5:25 p.m. Friday when a black GMC truck flashed its high beams at him. He pulled over at Berry Hill Road and Calvin Avenue and was approached by two white males holding semi automatic weapons. The subjects demanded the victim's bag, which contained an unknown amount of cash and items, and fled in the GMC truck, driving northbound on Berry Hill Road. The victim was not injured in the robbery.

One suspect is described as a tall, athletically built male in his late twenties to early thirties with black hair. No further description is available for the second male.
