Syosset High School advances to regional quarter finals on "The Challenge."

Students from will compete in the regional quarter-finals against North Shore High School May 6 on "The Challenge" on MSG Varsity.

Should they win, team members Joshua Abraham, Andrew Lipman, Michelle Long, Reed Mershon, and Jeremy Wolfe will compete in the tristate championships against against teams from seven other regions.

"The Challenge," hosted by Jared Cotter, is a quiz show in which high school teams from across the tristate area are tested on their knowledge of history, math, science, literature, art, and current events.

"The Challenge" will air May 6 at 6:30 p.m. on MSG Varsity.
